After several weeks of having our support suite offline it has finally been re-released with a new clean look, and can be accessed at the same location http://support.realonline.com.au.
Old support tickets have been archived, and we are now working on developing the Knowledgebase in full to assist with your on the spot questions.
As a lot you would know by now (whilst the support site was offline), we have been steadily producing more and more movie snapshots to demonstrate and explain facets of all programs. A collection of these is in the process of being made and will be made available under the Knowledgebase shortly. Feedback to date on these movies has been very positive, and some find it far easier to understand than reading through a laborous set of instructions.
