Video help tutorials

As has been promised, we are collating and placing online the many support videos that have been created over the past 6 months.

These are available to view on our YouTube channel of http://www.youtube.com/user/RealOnlineSupport. An example of what to expect is below.

As will be obvious, these videos are casual on tone (the same as our help emails) with an emphasis on speed. We try to keep all videos to below 3 minutes where possible.

More videos are to be added weekly for specific aspects of the RealOnline system, most are created on demand. If there are tutorials you would like to see, or to learn more about the system please send a 'Help Desk' ticket (from the top right of the admin) and we will endeavour to get these online for you.

Specific help videos about how to do something unique from your own domain can and are still be created on demand. (such as how to use your own email templates)
